Excellent app - user friendly, its easy to orientate yourself. It's a wealth of information at your fingertips. I'm a digital subscriber, my only wish is that it would be a lot easier/. straight forward to suggest changes to the website itself and the features. There really should be an email we can access customer support instead of going through the chat bot which is clunky. Of course one can phone them up,.which is nice - great to get the personal touch.

This app is terrible. It's always stuck on "loading" regardless if I'm on wifi or not, and I have to reinstall to get it to launch..when I do and try to login, it won't show my subscriptions for me to confirm if I'm actually logged in, which I doubt is the case cause it doesn't show anything about me. A big giant circle to nowhere. I hope this gets fixed.

Overall the experience of the app pretty closely mirrors the experience on their website. It's easy to manage your watch lists, read articles, and look up any information you want to find. The only frustration I have is that notifications kicked off by the app do not launch in the app, they only launch in a web browser. Every other news app I use at least gives you the option to launch in the app or in a web browser.

Great app for charts and technical analysis. Update 4/5/22 App has gone downhill since IDB was acquired by Newscorp. The service and app are moving in the direction of the Barrons app which I canceled. I am a 10 yr subscriber to IDB and I don't think I'll renew unless IDB gets back to what it was before acquisition. Video playback is a mess. The sound echoes and you can't pause, rewind, or stop video. This app is mess. 4/15/22 App update fixed video issues. Thanks IBD team. Edited

Too many ads for subscribers. Originally worked great. Then it changed and did not give me full normal access. Called support and they told be to use access thru the internet and not used the app. I have uninstall and reinstalled several times. This is unacceptable for someone paying nearly $30 a month subscription. 10,3,19 after months of working horribly, today it is working great.
