The app has been up-to-date since I began using it. I've had issues with my account and contacted support but the app closes when trying to access their response. I even sent my email and i still haven't received a response. Unbelievable! I was charged for something I haven't used and it was during the trial period. Terrible!

This app is not user friendly at all. There's no direct path on how to get to matches, you just have to click everywhere and hope for the best. The app is incredibly messy. Also advertises to join VIP way too much. Edit : I'm trying this again. Giving it three stars for now for the improvement of navigation. May chnagr to five after further usage. Edited

There's nothing you can do in the free version, the app is absolutely useless unless you pay for a premium version 😢 There aren't even a few trial days to actually see how the overall app experience is, so I can't even decide if it's worth paying or not...I can't see anybody's face, likes, nothing... I feel like crying 😭😭😭😭 right now but it's fine.. I was told I could travel to any country of my choice once I subscribe to premium, but the only options there are African countries 💔💔😭😭💔💔😭😭, this is purely scam and its not fair, if I knew I would still remain in Africa after subscription I wouldn't have wasted my money, bumble is better than all this useless scamming apps, if not that bumple is mostly for straight people, I will not even think of downloading this nonsense app 💔😭.

Waste of time and money - I bought the plus membership then later found out that I need to get the premium membership on top in order to see likes. Loads of fake profiles appearing; yes, I can report them but also a failing of the app. I wish I had known before that this app is about finding people globally. Not a critique just something I feel the ad should mention. You can choose the locality of where you want to explore, but I wasn't expecting to get likes from people hundreds of miles away!
