Annual fees got increased without any notification, when I subscribed the annual fees was 30$ , after one year of subscription I found that 80$ was taken from my credit card without any notification that the annual fees was increased, I had sent an email to the team but I haven't heard back from them , the contact form in the app in not working, I had a bad experience and I had stopped my automatic renewal

Please support chromecast, watch on the mobile will harm children eyes. I mean support streaming on chromecast, this feature is supported on Android you just need to update your app inorder to support it. Youtube, Netflix and other apps support this feature. Edited

Salam, Currently, The Jeel app works on Android and iOS for smartphones and tablets only and gives parents an option to control each child's screen time, and we will spread across more operational platforms in upcoming releases hopefully☺️

The application is good but needs to work on performance. Also Support content based of children age. Also, try to provide story like experience through swipe app same way as swip on you tube shorts or stories. For songs, needs to allow play list mode.

The annual fee has increased and the payment was automatic without any notification from their side. After one year of usage there are no new games nor videos. The app works only using the internet and it uses a huge amount of data every time. There is no chance for any support from the jeel team and they don't care about the comments of the customers. This is probably our last year with jeel. Edited

The screen doesn't rotate anymore in the new app version. Please fix this. We keep rotating the tablet for the kids so we can see the contents then rotate back after the video is played.
