App works great! The only thing I would like to see is the ability to search for shifts by dates. Other than that, you can search for shifts by name of facility or by credentials. I haven't had any issues logging in or receiving notifications based on my preferences. I do wish there was a way you could block certain facilities so they don't show up when searching for shifts. But so far so good!

Magnificent!! I love ❤️❤️ KARE Heros (app). So convenient and easy to use when searching for and applying for shifts. Its easy to communicate with the facilities in the app. I love when the facilities reach out to me to pick up a shift. Other apps are a bit complicated for me because Im not that tech savvy. KARE Heros app is very user-friendly. I've been with KARE since 2022 and won't use any other. 💯 Edited

It closes on its own and doesn't open . I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app 6 times in the last 5 days. I'm honestly getting tired of having to do this. I'm still having issues with this app. It has been uninstalled so many times. It's ridiculous that there are still so many problems with it after all of this time. The app is continuously doing the same thing. This week along, it has been reinstalled 10 times & it's only Thursday Edited

Can't rate them as a whole, couldn't get my information to go through and then they removed my account from the platform. They don't respond directly to emails either because I sent those about the issues uploading my credentials and about the account being removed and have never heard a single thing from them not even dumb automatic replay that my email was received.

This app is broken on almost a daily basis. Have to clear cache to get it to work, and today I can't even login. There needs to be a website to sub for when the app is down. Can't clock in for shifts, can't search for shifts for the weekend. *Edit: it's been 2 weeks. No response to my email from Kare. App still isn't fixed. Edited
