Too early for a five star review, but looks promising so far. This is the fourth similar app that I have tried. So far this is the only one that has lived up to it's claims. Easy to use & provides helpful prompts. So far, so good.

This app is great! It's so much easier to keep my family's information all in one place instead of post-its on my desk and events in my calendar. It's been easy to use, and I'm already starting to see how helpful it will be as I add more information in. I've used it to track my child's fever symptoms which was so helpful. I also like that the reminders are easy to add on a lot of pages

Got a new phone & the app I've used for close to if not a decade didn't install because it had been discontinued years ago, took a chance that KeepTrackMed would be an adequate replacement ... the only thing that's missing so far (still getting used to it) is the ability to track hospitalizations.

This app is incredible! I will rarely pay for a subscription to something, but I will for this app, after the trial period. I love the layout and how customizable it can be. It will take me a bit to get it set up but then, moving forward, this will be a life saver, especially as someone with a chronic illness. Highly recommend!
