Cant even pay, waste of time 11 July 2025 Update: Still cannot pay. App just shows "system error" when I try to pay. Staff at the shop at two outlets told me to put in my phone number at the physical kiosk, but the same voucher is not there. The voucher is only in the app and payment can't even be made in the app. Utter waste of time. Will uninstall and not drink Kenangan. Luckin Coffee is way better... Edited

taste is good, pricing has become more reasonable. but I changed my rating to 1 star. on the last 2 occasions that I tried to use my vouchers to order, the app whites out and hangs no matter what payment method i try to use. it is not a network issue, not a data issue. no matter what I did the app wouldn't let me pay. wasted time wasted vouchers. urgh Edited

> I had the pleasure of trying Kenangan Coffee recently and was thoroughly impressed. The coffee was aromatic, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was cozy and the staff were attentive and polite. A great spot to unwind or get some work done. I’ll definitely return.

update: keep on pushing spanish latte. I don't like because it tastes like sh|t. stop pushing this voucher every time. ------- The coffee/noncoffee is very good. The app responsiveness and experience is light-years much better compared to zus(eew). The payment thru TnG is not very seamless, tho. After paying thru tng, the kenangan app just displays a white screen unless i press back or restart the app. Edited
