I downloaded the 4th and 5th grade apps, but I was charged for the subscription before the trial ended. Also, it was very difficult to log into the account on a different device. The 3 day trial was supposed to come with the initial app installation, but still, there was a $42.39 charge. The pending charge was not supposed to take place until Nov. 28, 2024. The 3 day trial read to include all apps, but again, I was charged. Since this is not the case and not made clear, please cancel and refund.

Free games are available during the trial period, and once that ends your subscription begins unless you cancel. This is all clearly stated and laid out when you join, there are no tricks and there is simply no way we can "auto" subscribe a customer. Please email us at

Update from old review: Customer service is wonderful they helped me with a price discrepancy I had. I sent them a video of a glitch in the app (via email) that showed the old price on the first screen. Then when I went to purchase the app on another screen it showed the new price. But they honored the old price which was awesome. Very nice people and very helpful. Edited

I will give you one star because the app doesn't allow me to, choose the lesson l want, maybe in math I want to learn about algebraic expression but because the app doesn't give me the strand and subtrand. I mean the Subject I need I give you one 🌟. Meaning u lost four stars. Also it has only three subjects. U could add subjects like history of countries, citizenship Music, physical education .I.C.T. Secondly if it is not

Horrible. Worst ever. Not even worth thinking about. I'm having a hard time with 5th grade, and there's only 2 available games unless you want to pay 4.00 when I dont even have money, and there's only math science and language, and only math and language are unlocked. 100 thumbs DOWN!

Hello, thanks for the comments. Making these apps requires us to pay artists, teachers, and developers. We charge a small one-time fee for all the lessons and we think it is a very fair price for the amount of content. Quality content is not always free, but just like parents pay for textbooks and teachers, we think it's a worthwhile investment.

This game is basic like a quiz, they expect my daughter to know the vocabulary but they didn't even teach her what they want her to know, and the voice is so annoying!! If you're a parent reading this you should have your child try Khan Academy Kids!! It's wonderful and my 10 year old loves it! It has many fun actives and teaches children things that they're supposed to be learning in their grade level but this game, is a no for me and my 10 year old daughter!! Edited
