Squandered design potential. The mana collection mechanic is satisfying. Sadly at times, your character is left collecting superfluous elements that don't charge key abilities. Terrain obstacles and ally positioning obstruct gameplay rather than enrich it. I spent multiple rounds running my heroes in circles due to an abyss, or wasting movement points due to lack of space. Needs a confirmation button for turn skip. I rage quitted after accidentally selecting the hourglass when moving a hero.

Pretty, but not my thing. As I see it, having to run around the map to forage for magic point stuff, just to be able to make any sort of attack or use any special abilities, completely undermines the idea of gaining favorable positions, which is a major part of a turn-based tactical game. I think it would've been better to have characters increase any of the four elements involved naturally, and have this tweaked by different weapons, map spaces, moon phases, or etc.

Yes, the collecting of mana during battles- is the key feature of the combat system in our Heroes. If you don't like it - you dont like the whole game.

There's an interesting idea in here but the execution feels off in a lot of little ways. The frequency of one-shot kills removes a lot of the strategy, sometimes killing a character before they've had a chance to do anything. You often get pitted against enemies that are way more powerful than you with no apparent way to level up except keep dying to the same enemy. A lot of the maps are awkwardly laid out, with lanes only one character can move through making it awkward to move around.

Allow me to elaborate on my previous comment, each turn the characters move like they are trudging through mud. Combat per turn, the animations are not fluid and seem drawn out. That's what I mean by a "slow" turn based game. Final fantasy 1 back in 1987 had a more fluid, faster combat system although this game looks better. Thanks for the smart, snarky response Edited

Final fantasy? But we are talking about mobile games, right? Btw movement animations could be disabled in pause menu.

I see great potential... Still rough around the edges... Lack of story line is a bummer...not much in the way of tutorial but fairly easy to get the hang of. Animation is smooth and the tactical turn based gameplay is nice, but slow placed. I like the gathering of power for skills. Good game so far, i look forward to what will come of it... Edited

Thanks a lot! 100% agree about storyline. The fact is that we wrote a lot of dialogs and made the whole story but just don't have money for localization for all supported languages.
