I need some clarification on what to do on some games here. Many, like the chicken and egg game we just kept tapping places and didn't know how to play. Nothing happened. Give some kind of directions. Babies are learning words and need to hear them and parents need to be able to figure things out before the toddler gets cranky. Navigation is also slow. We hear the game still playing after leaving it. This is fine for me but confusing for a baby. Too many options, will update if he figures out

I already purchased this app a few months ago, then recently they locked it and my wife paid for 12 months subscription. I want the subscription fee refunded and want the original one i paid for unlocked, unacceptable and if you fail to help i will contact Google.

I really like the games and ui of all the games. It's very good for preschool learning. But I found one problem here is we can not login into it. So what will happen if I am paid customer and I accidentally uninstall the app? How you guys will track that this was the paid customer after reinstall.

Hi Uma, Do not worry, Once you do any transaction through play store in the game, we will have the data. Even if you uninstall the app, and reinstall it some other device with the same ID through which the transaction took place. The subscription will continue till the given date.

Unplayable. I bought this games no ads and all games unlock. 4 dollars and ads keep popping up every 5 seconds.
