I would rate the La Crosse Tribune and its Customer Service ZERO STARS if I could. No option to cancel online--forces you to call. I've placed multiple calls all with 30+ min hold times and never got through. Call back feature doesn't work either. Is this a scam so people can't cancel? Sure seems like it!! Reporting to BBB

Since update the app flashes constantly on Pixel 3 XL. I have done the reinstall repeatedly to no effect. I emailed the developer/site as requested with no response. I pay for the on line access. App is useless on a phone that has 40 percent of the local Android market!

Can't log in, won't let me use my subscription log in to access articles in the app. No clear way to submit feedback to fix this issue.

Used the old app multiple times daily. This new version is awful and I promptly uninstalled. Also, should not have to give permission for an app to make changes on phone settings just to read the news. Edited

Nice layout and plenty of news stories are available, though the ap is unstable and regularly shuts down and restarts on my Pixel 3
