Overall is a good app. However it is a bit slow to update the status from online to offline. Also there are times that the monitor window just keeps trying to load without showing any information as if it cannot connect to the server. Still 90% of the time it works quite well without any serious issues and gives reliable information. Edited

The app was working fine and is still working but there is an issue, where you cannot see the duration of time and I have sent several emails and attached screenshot for the same past 2 days and NO ONE has bothered getting back at me!! Please look into this and rectify and update status so I can use alternative solutions!! Thankyou!!!

I was on trial period and I paid for monthly subscription. It only shows the time that I subscribe. They should have updated the last few hours before the subscription since I was on trial period. Hope they can trace the update and send to me via email. If they can, 5 star rate. Thank you Suggestion : It will be great if they can notify if the person is on call. Edited

Both trial periods and paid periods are monitored the same way. There's no difference for the system. If you are on trial period or have a paid subscription the number is monitored, otherwise it's not, simple. What are you talking about?

I have been using this app since last 6 months. It was working fine. Though it always shows delayed notifications but at least was showing evertyime. Since this morning it stopped showing notifications. I have written mails to the support but yet to get any response response. The problem is not fixed either. Requesting the developer to look into the matter and solve the issue. Thanks. To respond to developer's response: No it's not showing notifications still. Haven't since the entire day. Edited

Very poor service and unresponsive customer service. This is not working again! Been your subscriber for a long time. I am paying for 3 numbers and only 1 is working since last year but now that 1 number isn't working at all. I am sending email but as usual no one is responding to me. Not sure why this app is not working again and when you are planning to fix this!! Edited
