Problems mentioned in a previous review turned out to be user error. This software is awkward to use on mobile as it feels like it is meant to be used on desktop, but the things you can do in LumaFusion are indeed pretty epic! You can really play with your editing and get very professional results. Worth it! But be prepared for a truly annoying learning curve. Edited

This is the worst app I have ever used. Bugs all over. Play button frequently doesn't work unless it's tapped about 7 times. thumbnails don't update when changes are made. The video player goes black CONSTANTLY. Practically impossible to use. Exports are totally broken with frozen frames and color space errors. It is totally unuseable. After several hours of trial and error, I give up. The absolute worst Android app I have EVER used. Edited

I bought this app to replace another app on my Android device. it worked well for almost a year, and it just started crashing all the time. Projects would would just disappear. Worst part, I'd completely edit a video, go to write it and after about 95% completion, an error message would pop up and I cannot complete the project. Spoke with reps through email alto try a couple things. Last email was to inform them I could not upload to their server for them to see what could be done. No response.

My god. Here we go again. I bought the 'one-time purchase' to get the pro version, because they advertised that they would never lock features behind a subscription (like KineMaster did.) Yet here we are, two years later, still with multiple bugs, features missing from Pro and new features locked behind paywall. You literally can't trust any developer these days that say they'll never have paywall features!

LumaFusion is a one-time purchase video editing app with a wide array of features and effects. We do offer several in-app purchases/subscriptions that are not included with the initial purchase of the app. However, these are completely optional and not required to access the rest of LumaFusion.

I used to love this app. used it on my z-fold 6 with zero problems. but ever since I got an s25 Ultra the video feeds look great, watching it in lumafusion looks great, and every single time but I export the video it gets whitewashed and very grainy. the response from luma is unacceptable that they are "working on it" this needs to be fixed NOW before they lose a tremendous amount of subscribers Edited

At this time, the only available color space for exporting in LumaFusion on Android is rec. 709. This limitation can lead to differences in appearance between the video within the LumaFusion application and the exported version. Good news: our dev team is already working on implementing full support of HDR. Stay tuned!
