I love being able to get my photos printed conveniently and fast. I also love the many gift options. I do not think this app is user-friendly. It does not save your progress as you go, which means a small mistake could dump hours of work spent combing through photos and having to start all over. There are no options to speed up the process, such as applying one size for all selected pictures. The delivery feature doesn't even load. This app needs to be optimized.

This app is way behind. You cannot even look up past orders. It's too plain and while yes it is easy to use, it's almost not worth using because once you send your order, you can't go back and see it in orders. I just uninstalled it after placing an order and them messing it up and not charging me correctly/missing a photo. Not worth the headache just go into the CVS and do it yourself.

This really is a fantastic app. I am consistently impressed by the developer's attention to detail! Well done, guys! You must have put a lot of thought into this app and it shows. Honorable mentions: The cropping and preview features are super useful and, this may sound weird, but I really like that you don't pay for the photos in the app. No in-app purchases, no adds, high quality app with lots of neat-o options. Wins all around! I could go on...

Update, framed photo came in today, but still no response from customer service. Have used before to get photos, worked good with ship to home. Beginning of April ordered more photos and a large framed photo. Received the regular photos, however have not received the framed photo. It is past the expected delivery and when I click on tracking link just says shipping label created. I have emailed asking for information but haven't even got a response. Don't recommend using ship to home for sure. Edited

It's hard to use and takes too much time. Click on the photo, then edit, then continue shopping, then click on photos again, then choose and repeat. Very time consuming. Why can't you just download all pictures that you want printed then edit from that? No more backing out and in for each photo.
