The concept behind the app is great, but the execution needs improvement. The user interface is not user-friendly, and the app often gets stuck loading when trying to view likes. I frequently have to restart it, which becomes frustrating. Overall, the software needs work, and I’d prefer to avoid the hassle until it's more stable

First, the chat functionality failed to work. That has happened plenty time so far. I did all the steps provided by the support. It didn't work. And now I can't login into the app. And I have tried that on multiple devices and networks. Fix the damn app. Anyone would be skeptical for paying the premium if this is the condition of a long running app. Also tried sending a message through the support on the app, that also resulted in a failure. 1. Where is the "Reset" option in the Passed tab? Please restore it. 2. Delyed notification in chats and phone notifications, both. 3. Same filters for all tabs at the same time. 4. Filters not accurate. 5. Profiles from wrong locations start seeing your profile in huge numbers after every update, wasting profile boosts. 6. A lot is to be improved! Edited

Huge time waster since it doesn't allow one to filter against people's age preference. One's preferences selected does not work. For example, if I select with no kids, it is like making no selection at all. Thinking about it more, the app needs more work as far as user interface. Also, another time waster is I don't know if the person I'm messaging or liking even uses the app. I'm not interested in trying to connect with someone who logged a month or even a week ago. This may be happening because you have now seen all the profiles that match your requirements 100%, and are now seeing profiles that match most or some of your preferences. Just remember that the fewer filters you have, the more profiles you get to see!

Decent app but needs improvement. The profiles take a long time to load up, making the usability experience very annoying. Plus the constant ads forcing you to buy premium membership is ridiculous. Get rid of that please, it is beyond annoying. If I want to buy premium membership, I will do it when I feel like it. But I will not be doing that looking at those atrocious prices. It is not worth the membership. Edited
