Generally awesome. Tracking is easy and intuitive, options are flexible, interface is clear. However, some features are sometimes mysteriously and frustratingly broken. Some days I've tried for twenty minutes (including reinstalling the app) to set new macro goals, and the app just won't remember what I set. Also, for the last few weeks, the app has forced me to log in again every other day. This app is only valuable to me if it's convenient to use. I can't be fighting with it this much.

as a long time user who is paying for a service, this app has some frustrating glitches. lately, I can't get my macro goals to update in the app..I had to uninstall the whole app, then reinstall. I've also noticed some of my recently added foods don't always show up in the search list. when trying to update a meal, I make all the changes, hit save, but the meal goes back to the original. is been very frustrating and I will likely be moving to New for tracker if these issues persist..

Hi Remy! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we're aware of this issue and working on a resolution. Updating the goals from the website will update the app as long as you do not go the Goals page in the app. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

I have a premium subscription and all the sudden my calorie and macro goals changed without my input, and while I can update the goals, they do not save. The whole point of me purchasing the app was to take the guessing game out of nutrition tracking, and now I can't even do that. All support will tell me is to check their known bugs.... which said this issue is fixed in their current version, which I am on and the issue is not fixed. Edited

I have used this app daily for years but for the last week it deleted all of my separate daily macro goals as well as my baseline. nothing I do will reset it. I see that it is a known issue but I find it extremely frustrating that the most basic feature of customizing my own nutrient goals can take a week to fix. I will cancel my subscription and request a prorated refund on my annual subscription if it doesn't get fixed soon.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we're aware of this issue and working on a resolution. Updating the goals via the Edit at the top of the homepage should retain your settings as long as you do not visit the Goal settings via More (•••) in the bottom right.

Incredibly hard to update goals, loggs you out every other day, cumbersome to log meals copy or move around meals, and feels like you are constantly being told to buy premium which is out rageous when half of the normal parts dont even work. oh and stupidly hard to log food by grams, which is the most accurate way to log thing is by uaing a digital scale... nutrient info is accurate. that is a plus
