Great art style and concept but the speed at which the monster eats the screen is too fast. Runs typically last less than a minute. You can't plan strategy because if you wait for any amount of time, you get eaten. Wish there was an actual easy mode where the monster ate the screen slower. Instead baby mode makes your character a baby and removes all other enemies except the monster eating the screen.

Edit: The game is good! Deceptively simple, devilishly hard. The "3 path death" being moved to later on is a massively positive change! And the swipe controls are also very welcome! Id love to see a possible "sensitivity setting" for the swiping as id like it just a little more sensitive. I also can't help but feel the swipe is far superior because the buttons cut off a lot of the screen. It made me think a zoom in/out feature would be nice! Edited

Thanks for the feedback! Your concerns with "three paths' have been addressed in the latest update and where moved to later parts of the game where Players might be better equipped to tackle it. Also, swipe controls mode has been added so you can choose to do away with buttons if so inclined. Hope that helps tackle some of your issues. Cheers!

Presents well but needs work. I dunno if I'm missing something here, but it seems like there are a lot of obstacles and wall/enemy formations that come up too fast for you to enact the moves needed to pass them be4 the monster eats you. There's also a recurring obstacle that requires you to choose 1 of 3 paths forward without seeing the end. You can't go backwards, so if you randomly picked one of the 2 dead ends, tough luck- your run is over. That's a deal breaker for me in a game like this. Edited

The Game seems very well made from what I can tell. But the movement buttons I feel are too close together. I keep missclicking the wrong direction and end up dying a lot. I'm not sure if spacing them out would even be viable but I think I'd do better if I didn't click the wrong one so often. Besides that the game seems nice but I can't even get far without hitting the wrong direction. It could just be me and I'm the problem though. Edited

Hey there! In the latest update I've added "swipe" controls, which might be a better alternative for you. Give it a shot!

Yo. Let me give you the deets. You want a game that's fun and has a nice learning curve? A game that brings you back, back to the days of arcade goodness and lite dungeon crawling? This is the game for you. It also somehow creates a seemingly new genera of realtime-turnbased action. I'ma buy this bad boy on steam too. Dev you did a really good job with this.
