I can't load the game. everytime I press play and select the mode, it shows the prisioners cell loading screen then crashes. i've tried many times but it keep crashing when it starts loading. it either says it crashed because of cache or because the app has a bug. please fix this so I can play. edit: I've discussed it with customer support and they had to do an escalation. apparently they are going to start working on a patch. 5 stars. Includes all DLC. so many hours of gameplay, This is the best Metroidvania/Roguelike on the market. hands down. Get this game and a controller ASAP. Edit: I cannot beat the Throne room because of a lighting bug. bright light from the center of the room expands and blinds everything. I'm finding no mention of this online. 5 times I've gotten there and 5 times I cannot beat him cuz I can't see anything. so the game is literally unplayable. I think I have to quit playing... :( Edited

Game was great then had to deal with major set back spawns. Tried saving the progress. Didn't save droppings. Progressed far and had a check point but didn't play for a couple days and it disappeared. Had my achievements but had to start at the beginning again. Save slots are useless. I wasted hours of and ended up nowhere several times. Game is way glitchy. Movement response sucks. I'm jumping all over to climb a chain and it just randomly throws me off a cliff. Point of the game.

love this game so much and easy to get into but it's been crashing every time I hit the play button in the main menu uninstalled it and re-installed and it lets me start the run but crashes at the loading screen I hope it gets fixed soon its one of my favorite games to play on the go and would hate to have to give up playing it

I love that it includes the DLC packs, but there are times when it just never loads in, no matter what. I end up not getting to play until I check back hours or even days later to see if it works. Edit: It's usually because I die to one of the last bosses, and probably because of how far I progressed, it takes at least 3 minutes to clear everything and begin anew. I admit I didn't have the patience to just wait on the loading screen, but it's a fast-paced game. Please reduce the loading time. Edited
