Eh... fine? Pretty, and had the beginnings of an atmospheric story. The gameplay, though, suffers from some sins of the genre. First, a lot of items are locked up or placed where they are because... that's where they needed to be for the puzzle. There's no logical, in-world reason. Same reason for not holding onto useful tools to reuse. Each objective is painfully linear, awarding exactly one item for progression. Puzzles are very easy (played on hard mode.) Liked the sliding block puzzle.

Good graphics, a little dark making some areas hard to see. The puzzles were fairly easy. I liked the camera & that you could hide your items to see the full screen. A realistic feel, items in places that someone might have actually set them down not just a random hiding place. Nice little teaser, left me in suspense and ready to start the next chapter & see what happens next. Edited

Hello! I've seen the complaints.. This game was fun. I'd pay for the rest of it. I loved that this was a demo without ads. I maybe would include demo in the title for now just so there was less complaints. Otherwise, the graphics were great, the transitions smooth, sound effects were great. There was just enough to story to be like, "Hmmmm what the hell..." The puzzles were cool. Some of them like the arrows to the bridge control were a little..vague? I'd guess I'd say? Also the color locks. Edited

Thank you for the valuable feedback Erica! We thought that including "Prologue" in the title would have been enough, however I can see how it could have been confusing for some people. It has been a good learning experience, so the next games will have better puzzles! Thank you again for the comments

Story seemed interesting, but one of the puzzles was near impossible to figure out - even with the in-game hints I couldn't even figure out where to use the clue I'd found (had to find a walkthrough, and even it said it was ridiculously difficult - flag/levers). The controls on another puzzle (block slide) were wonky. There was also a lot of traveling back and forth between locations without a quick-travel map.

Pretty decent but am spoiled by the Room games. For some reason I was unable to go down the stairs in the lighthouse to obtain the telescope lens on the desk which was frustrating. Limited exploratory movement, double click to focus or use arrow to go back. Puzzles were fun, graphics are great but very dark, had to have display on full brightness. Buying chapter 1 🙂
