Where is the O'Reilly app for the non-professional who uses their local O'Reilly's to maintain their own vehicles? No, it's not the big bucks account of a professional, but it is customer service. Where I used to live, I had an Autozone nearby. I used their app to keep track of my cars and help me order parts and supplies when necessary. Autozone has good customer service and is DIY friendly. O'Reilly Auto Parts does not.

First call app was discontinued to force everyone to use this one. The VIN scanner doesn't seem to pick up as well on this app, the notes feature we used on every vehicle is not present, and I don't see the vehicle list. This seems more like an app for a DIY customer or a mobile tech that wants to order parts on his/her phone than an app for a shop. I would rather the First Call app be brought back than try to make this one usable, but at least make this one usable before disabling the other.

makes no sense that I already have an account and can sign in on the website, yet this app asks for a username. Which I suppose is my email. But no. It won't let me 🤨🙄.

it won't let me use it without updating but should warn you that's coming. This is a pro app I don't have down time when I'm trying to build a quote. Other than that I've liked it
