Customer service is full of non-technical interns. "What solution do you have when this tab is blocking important in-game info on the phone app?" Their response, "Try using the desktop version. It's better." WPT makes tons of money on monthly subscriptions. Take some of that money and update your phone app. In the 21st century, almost everyone uses their smart phone as a computer as well. Most people don't have desktops. C'mon, WPT. Do better!

this site encourages bad play and habits. Players are very loose callers. Site seems to favor the aggressor or the big stack. So many bad beats and river wins. Sometimes wonder about their algorithms and how the site set them. It's so bad that u can predict the outcome of a hand from the flop during an all in.

Great site to teach bad skills, keep the dead money flowing. Game play is to slow and often sit out's make the payout stages in tournaments. The only thing good on this site is the tournaments and their structure, but the larger stacks, 8 out of 10 times, suck out and beat "AA pre-flop" on the river, flop quads and lose to impossible straight flush. Happened 9 out of 10 tournaments, always rewarded to the largest stack, I won or lost like that. Will not bank roll this site, nor do I recommend it Edited

Love WPT. But this app is just very outdated. Also when I'm playing Poker the light on my phone dims every 10-15 seconds. Very irrrating and I've only found it to do this on this app, and didn't find a setting to change it. Kind of dissapointed tbh. I hope they update this app soon, because WPT to me should be the best. Cheers.

Worst poker app ever. Sucks. Sucks. Sucks. alls it try to do is make you buy chips it continuously lets you get big hands that gets beaten by almost impossible bigger hands. it the game is not very realistic. things just don't happen in real cards like they do on this computer app it cheats you so you have to by chips Edited
