This is truly a unique and beautiful game. Great hero art, engaging battles and events. Plenty of rewards and constant updates. The battle system could use some tweaks. Considering we don't get to choose who we battle, a loss shouldn't set us two steps back, and considering we don't get to choose our battles, we shouldn't be losing 6 in a row ;) Other than that though, been playing this game a couple years now and I still love it. I originally could play this game with NO problems! But after updating both the game and my phone's operating system and other apps on my phone, I have since been unable to access the game I have tried EVERYTHING, but NOTHING WORKS!! I have contacted support 3x and they keep telling me it is a connection issue between my ISP server connecting the game's server. My only recourse is to DELETE my account and the game!!

This game is way to imbalanced and relies to heavily on player feedback to develop it. While the game idea isn't bad this game is heavily imbalanced and with no match making system it's far to easy to run into someone spending loads of cash just to stay ahead of the game. The quests for the new characters are also nearly impossible to complete without spending cash or saving loads of gems just to be able to get legendary characters for free.

This game demands a significant time investment to level up or grow your collection. Alternatively, you can make frequent purchases—but doing so removes the option to speed up crates by watching ads in the following month, a privilege only available to free users. Additionally, the game suffers from occasional bugs, such as sudden progress loss during events or freezes in mini-games. Despite these issues, it’s still an enjoyable game overall.

graphics is good and all, but the usual problem with these games remains. there's only 1 game mode: league. where p2w players easily go to the top and f2p/ low spending players get stuck. there should be a parallel mode. where we can fight players equal to our power level. can be a weekly tournament or anything. then it'll be a game of strategy and not just power. and it'll be worth spending here. otherwise it's irrelevant since the whales will ALWAYS spend more and be ahead.
