The concept is great, but it's quite clunky. The information is always as expected from the nursery, but the images can only be viewed 1 by 1, you can't scroll them if there's several, there's also no download option that I can find, so you can only really screen shot them if you want to save them. It would be good if there was some saved information when you get logged out so maybe only a password is required? On the plus side, I do get lots of smiley pics of my little girl :-)

Terrible, outdated app and stiff and doesn't always work. Parental should be ashamed of proving such system to nurseries and parents. It's more than due a new app and probably software too. It's a pain to upload pictures and videos, there is no back button. It's just a terrible piece of app design. Can't believe you charge nurseries for this. Please fix it.

Ok app. Would be great if it was possible to filter the News Feed by items. For example only show observations. Or show meals and nappy changes... Or show those with pictures. Otherwise it's functional enough. Always seem to have to re-enter my login information after an update which is slightly frustrating. Edited

App doesn't even save login details. Password expired without warning. No password reset option. Web version doesn't work either as it is trying to redirect too many times. When logged in previously via phone app it was erroring when switching through the menu and not displaying correct info in the news feed. Terrible app and is not fit for purpose.

Having trouble getting on parental portal to check balance. Also I have not found how to get some nursery code or whatever it is. I have the passwords straighten out. As it is I do not want to continue with program because you have made it difficult to navigate. I would appreciate that someone email me with all the steps to cancel my 3 months trial membership which I was tricked into signing up. I thought I it be good for my granddaughter, but can't figure it out.
