👎The app is easy to navigate. That's about it. Everytime you open it freezes, it's been this way since the beginning. You open and click on a room, it shows a second and freezes for few seconds, plays 2 secs and freezes 10-20 seconds. then plays 2 seconds then freezes. Opened a ticket within the app and they respond fast but issue hasn't been fixed. uninstalled reinstalled, logged out logged back in not fixed. $40/month ⁉️⁉️ Will you be okay to pay Netflix $40/month and freeze on you?

Buggy as hell. I registered and got my permissions set up. Log in, there are the 3 cameras I requested. Tap on any of them, nothing happens, but the 15 minute timer is already running and it takes away one of the 3 allotted logins for the day. I closed the app and reopened, same thing- no video will play, timer running, login 2 out of 3 was listed. Gave it a few hours before logging in again, and it says I've already used all my logins for the day. Fix your app.

***UPDATE*** My issue was due to the childcare center not approving my account in a timely fashion. I think most of the problems with the app are the result of the facilities themselves or local and state regulations. As unfair as that is, those issues still impact my rating. *** Wouldn't let me log in. Changed my password, still won't let me log in. Changed my password again, still won't let me log in. Edited

Never remembers log in. Doesn't remember or save pin or finger print scanner and annoyingly asks every time at log in. With update no improvements to these issues. Also, with new update keeps asking me to agree to new shield technology. Just one more annoying thing to make logging in take too long and to getting to cameras. I do not recommend this app but no choice as this is what my child's school uses.

Since school switched to this system it is ALWAYS FROZEN! It says you have signed on more times than you have, but then again after it just sits Frozen, and shows old pictures from hours prior, you are forced to sign out and try to sign back in to check on your child! Very frustrating, and annoying.
