Used it for a few days after I got the app, since then it has sent me in a circle with this ' up date required ' , but can't get back to actually using it. Now, having difficulty canceling. My wife figured it out once or got lucky, but after complaining to " people finders" and their assurance they would fix the problem, (but didn't), I just want to cancel, if it is possible to do so. I haven't been able to use the app in days. It keeps saying, "Needs an update," which I did originally, the first time it asked. But every time I pull the app up, the update needed message continues to pop up, but it's already been updated. Therefore, I can't, and it doesn't let you past that point. I've uninstalled and installed 4 or 5 times, and the same "update needed" each time. I hope I am refunded. At this point, I'm about to delete the app.

It's very difficult to find the names and phone number from the White Pages because it's disconnected or temporarily unavailable. I'll have to find it on True People Search or the Website Via Google. I'll have to get Updates from Google Play Store and see if it's up to date. Sometimes it's not able to finish Downloading at all. I'll have to go to the Settings and start rebooting my Mobile Phone. Then I'll have to Download it again after 30 seconds. It's a good way to clear the Cache on my phone. Edited

If I could give them zero stars I would. I did a search and it came back empty although another search for a fraction of the cost on Web brought up a NOT EMPTY background search. This app and the people that run it are fake and are only out to get your money. Does it have some cool features, YES. For the $9.99 price to do a background check, it should turn up a Domestic Assault charge. I know the $2.99 search on a website found it, so should this app. Edited

Sorry to hear you didn't find what you were looking for. There are many reasons why a search might not have yielded a result or the wrong report was chosen. We are always improving our data and beyond that other price (which might have hidden re-occurring fees) are one-time Background Report fee is one of the lowest in the industry.

Great information if you are looking for information that's 3yrs or older. Every search I did had correct information but not most current information. I also discovered that family members who have passed away were still showing that they were living! It also still shows that I am married to my xhusband and it's been 20yrs this year that we have been divorced
