App won't open. There's a flash of it and gone. But when I go to closeout apps open it's there a d if I touch it to make full size it closes completely. Please fix Edited

When I'm playing Ww2 and need the word help app it won't stay open on my main page. It won't open at all. I've used it until yesterday then it just stopped.

The app isn't working. I tapped on the icon to open the app and nothing happens I uninstalled then reinstalled and the same problem occures What should I do?

I've used it in the past with no problem. My phone had an issue that is okay now, but the app won't stay open. It's making me crazy. Edited

Sorry to hear that, in the first instance please can you try to clear cache and data for the app in your settings. Also, if you are using battery optimisation apps, you can try turning it off for this app and see if that makes a difference. If the issue persists please contact
