I like the idea of the game and the art style is very appealing. However you only get to play maybe 6 rounds and then you have to pay to play the rest of the game. The price isn't bad, however, in my opinion in the app store it should be set so people purchase the game and automatically have the only 2 characters unlocked and playable. Rather than how it is now. Free-to-try games tend to get worse reviews for that reason, especially if it's not mentioned until the end of the game description. Edited

Seems to be a unique idea in this genre but only being able to play 1 level with 1 character before being forced to buy the rest of the game is a bit rude. I would like to have seen 1 character have the full campaign open so we could get a better grasp and experience on the game before deciding to do a full purchase. I don't think you can get a good experience with just 8 encounters.

Mechanics seemed pretty cool, but this is really just a short demo with an option to actually buy the game which is why so many people are probably pissed off as its not at all open about that. Shows enough potential to be worth 4 bucks (to buy both currently available characters) so I'll give it 4 stars to counter the rate hate but yeah, developers, please be more open about pricing. Touch controls are also a tad unresponsive but that isn't a gameplay complaint and it's only mildly annoying.

Hey cool game. It needs some U.I. work though. I recommend changing the grab/hold point on the cards from the bottom of the cards to the center, right now it is very hard to place a card to play it. Also maybe widen the drop zones. Another issue is that; you need some kind of pre entry description of what kind of shop a new player is entering, before they enter it. More explanations between games would helpful. Lastly personally I want a way to get cards out of my deck permanently.

I love this game. The art is beautiful and the gameplay is very fun. But this is not a full game without purchases. This is basically just a demo, with only one playable level and no ability to play the roguelike without spending real money. I just don't entirely understand a game advertising as a roguelike that doesn't let you play any of the roguelike without a 4 dollar price tag. Keeping 4 stars because I really enjoyed the beginning of the campaign and might cave and buy the bundle soon.
