I've been reading Saving Nora, but recently more and more issues arise with the app. First, I haven't read the comic in three/four days because I've been busy, so I thought 6 episodes would get unlocked. Only the two I didn't get to read last time were unlocked. No new episodes. Then I watched an ad to read at least one new episode today, and yet again, it didn't unlock any episodes! I want to keep reading, but I'm about to delete the app because it's so frustrating...

Forces you to choose a comic out of an arbitrary list, rather than the full library, which might not even include the one you saw in the ads (it didn't for me). Also, the comics seem to be AI-generated, though it isn't 100% obvious if you're not looking for it. I noticed blatant errors like the MC's earrings growing 10x between consecutive frames and a guy with 6 fingers on one hand, though. Clearly they keep up their "new chapter drops everyday" by churning out pages with AI.

You get to watch ads to unlock episodes. I've watched six or seven ads now where the episode should unlock after watching one ad yet, the episode does not unlock. I also don't like that it forces sequential order meaning you can't buy coins (as I've done) and click on any episode you want to unlock. if you do that, it won't unlock the one you click on, it unlocks whichever one it wants to unlock. I see why these kinds of apps shut down smh. I want my credit for spending my time watching ads.

Review for "Saving Nora." Garbage story with more plot holes than I can count! Everything is drawn out, almost nothing is explained, and the few things that are explained don't make logical sense. Also the art is pretty bad. Obviously AI assisted and it's super inconsistent. The main character even goes from a gray T-shirt and shorts to a fancy red dress between panels. Small things like her shoes or earrings can be overlooked, even her random bangs. But changing her entire outfit? BS

The amount of ai garbage mascarading as actual comics makes me physically ill. I wasted more time than I would have liked on this app. If the "artists" are too lazy to do the bare minimum like make sure there is the right amount of fingers on characters why would I do the bare minimum in continuing to read. Anyone who's curious about this app, stick to webtoons. At least on there real people make the comics.
