keeps telling me incorrect pin when entering correctly while setting up registration. I want to say human error but I have completed it a few times and it must be a internal problem.

IF USING MANUAL CAR SELECTION MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT VEHICLE. Chose to autodelete without using VIN scan. I thought entering the car model manually was ok. There were multiple images of various infotainment systems that seemed similar. It doesn't provide a warning that you will be using one of the two tokens if wrong option chosen. UPDATE: Team have restored my tokens. Revised Rating. Edited

Deleting data from automobiles is extremely easy for anyone to do. We absolutely do not need your data collection app disguised as a tool to delete car infotainment data. Your app is not capable of doing this because you're not actually connected to the cars computer system. Edit 12-20-23 , Warranty is still active after deleting data and contacting customer support at Toyota. Nice try... still don't trust you. Edited

Sorry Ben, but data deletion shouldn't be performed connecting to cars which voids the warranty. It may be easy but not for everyone & 90% cars are resold with data in it. Fortunately many advocates, journalists & automotives like & support what we do & we are financially supported by businesses hence we don't need to harvest data, share & sell it.

Unable to get past the login screen to see how app works. Navigation is difficult and unintuitive. Policy is not clear: is this app a mandatory $1.99 per month subscription for consumers or is there a free option? Policy mentions 3rd party involvement but doesn't explain; concerning for a privacy app.

Meh. There's a limited number of uses and the user interface is so bad that trying to find your car to find the data to be able to delete your personal information You use up all your limited usages just trying to figure out one use. Then it locks you out . So I was never actually able to use this. Can't give it more than one star. It doesn't work
