Although it's an app with lots of good functions, there are still bugs. First of all, it interferes with the alarm clock application, causing the alarm to sound only a few seconds, instead of sounding until snoozed, or dismissed. Second of all, boot protection startup of the application does not disable microphone for "ok GOOGLE" function. If you turn the Mic Blocker off and turn it back on, it does prevent "Ok GOOGLE" from listening to the microphone.

This app performs just as it says. I have only one issue, the widget does not work. I can find no setting or claim that it should act as a button to toggle protection, but the camera guard this developer produced has a widget that does just that and looks nearly identical. I find it very convenient with this feature and would like the microguard to act the same way. Is this intended?

This is a very good app but only one eye works unfortunately I would have to say you cannot trust it you got to constantly check on it !!! Are you have to do once you install it every now and then try and send a message to someone and hit the little speaker and if you see you work and you can record that's going to tell you your system has been turned off off I don't know why it doesn't but it's not safe find something else would be my best advice almost like trusting biting stay away !!!

App says "protected," but the "Now Playing" feature on the lock screen of my phone displaying songs playing in the background - on other devices not connected to my phone - says otherwise. When I open Google Assistant, the mic is activated, but when i close it, open the mic blocker to confirm that it's enabled, then reopen Google Assistant, only now do i get a notification that the mic is disabled. Finicky and not reliable.
