Great app for creating promotional videos. The new ability to use a video is great but I was dissapointed when I discovered that I can't use a video and pictures together. That functionality would definitely be very beneficial. One other thing that would make this app great would be the ability to set the amount of time between each slide. Edited

Been using this app for over a year and it's such a great concept, unfortunately 75% of the time I have to reset my phone, reload the app, or just give up cause it freezes, gets glitchy, won't load designs or just flat out crashes. Very disappointing. I've used it on my Galaxy 8, & Note 9...same problem. Nothing more disappointing than wasted potential.

The new Android version is more frustrating. There used to be daily inspiration ideas for posts ... They are gone. Also access to "other designs" while creating was just a click away and now I cant access them. I see the SAME suggested templates over and over in their new "inspire" area. I've been paying for PRO for a couple years now, and these "improvements" have not helped an app that works for 10 minutes then freezes, locks up, etc. Same issues. The web portal is no better. FIX IT.

Love this app. I make and edit graphics for many things. No problems for 7 months then all of a sudden it freezes up. I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice this week. But they are advertising a discount. I'm not sure if this is their way of trying to get you to upgrade. If it is, it's not working. If anything it's making me want to find another app. Edited

That shouldn't happen! Can you reach out to our support team to investigate in more depth by tapping the Ripl menu then "give us feedback"? We will get to the bottom of what's causing the freezing.

I love the app! Update I would give it five stars but it's a hit or miss when I open the app. I will select a video then it trys to load, so I just see the purple circle spinning. I pay for this app and love it when it works. Great selections for ads up to date with all current events, like holidays and society issues. Please tell me why I can not load each time I open the app. I would use it 3 times a week if not more. I cant get it to load please fix! ASAP I will change to 5 stars thanks!! Edited
