As someone who has been playing for the past 11 years, I feel like I'm obligated to say that this is one of the best platforms out there, otherwise I never would've been playing this long. That aside, there are quite a few issues regarding connection. I'm on a brand new phone, a 2025 MotoG Stylus 5G, but it almost always kicks me using error code 279, when there is no problem with my Wi-Fi. Please, fix this, otherwise my rating will keep going down.

it's a very good game, so many friends you can make and A LOT of games you can choose from. it has horror, fantasy, action and just everything in between. sometimes it is a bit glitchy or faulty and does shut down but that's pretty rare and besides that it's very fun to play. also you can customize your avatar and it has so many options! that's my favorite part. it's a very good game with sooo many games you can play, still one of the best games I've ever played. It's a really good and fun game, lots of variety to play. BUT I wish that you could refund items you've bought from the roblox store. You can already, but it's only for purchases you've made within the past year. I would be better and more convenient if it could be for all items, no matter how long ago you purchased them. Instead of constantly buying new robux with REAL money all the time for new items. Edited

I like the game very much and it's super fun! you get to play so many games on it and explore it! the thing is, I just hate when there are hackers who are very weird and roblox is allowing weird avatars to be put in the game when it shouldn't be. and that each time when I'm trying to join someone it doesn't show the game that they are on and only the game they played a few minutes ago or something like that and I think it should be fix.

I really love Roblox, I have been playing it throughout almost my whole childhood. But there is still some issues. Like for example no matter how many times I update or delete the app and reinstall it. It still bugs out has has glitches. I love Roblox but the bugs I have are so bad sometimes it freezes my computer or phone. One time it froze my computer to the point where I could not even turn it off or on. And I had to charge it and hard reset it for it to even work again.
