Not quite like the ads. It's in the same genre as clash of clans, but with the ad experience as a mini-game. As soon as I saw it's one of those games where other players can raid me and steal resources, I uninstalled. I was advertised a single-player experience, and I can't stand losing progress. This is a very well-made game, certainly better than CoC, but not for me.

Is this game anything like the tower defense ads? NO. BUT, keep reading, the game is a story game/fighting game where you have to fight raids, upgrade builds, and expand your empire. I actually found the game pretty fun when it comes to playability and the concept. I really wish the ads did not decide me or others like it did. Which is my I only give 3 stars. In conclusion, it's not what it is in the ads but it is still a fun game.

Bait and switch. Nothing like the ads. Starts out interesting but then it turns into a standard survival game requiring you to join an alliance and spend your time dealing with them and their expectations as well as other people (usually much stronger) randomly attacking you. Way too much going on and none of it very interesting. Truth in advertising should be the standard for Google ads but sadly all Google cares about is the money. Edited

It's not bad. I was shocked to hear voice acting, I think the tutorial was okay, and I like the simplicity of it, but I think it could be better. I don't like that in the beginning, we had access to 2 construction slots, but after some time, the second one just disappears which is just weird and aggrevating. Next is the fact that there's nothing to do when you're idle. Once you start construction and reach your conquer limit, there's NOTHING to do. Maybe let us cook meals or gather resources. Edited

Pros: The art is good. The characters are interesting, and the city buildings are appealing. CONS: the game is another one of those pay-to-win whale versus free victims games. The tower defense ads that they've been running is misleading, its just guild wars all over again. Misleading at best, little fun here can be found for casual gamers.
