I used to play this game a lot. And back then there were way more free options. My dad used to pay for the subscription around 2017-2018 times but cancelled it after 2020. I recently came back to the game and all I have to say is. What the heck? Why do we still have to pay a subscription for a kids game? A Kids game. The kids should be able to have creativity with more stuff. And if you want people to pay at least make it a one time pay only thing.

My daughter absolutely loves this app! She can play it for hours. Only problem I have, (every single month) is when the automatic payment goes through, it doesn't reflect on the account for a day or 2, so all her mini games are locked and I sometimes have to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times. It really is annoying. If she didn't love it so much, I would have canceled a long time ago, with how much trouble it gives me once a month. Please fix that issue.

I paid for a subscription but not able to create an account. Have a guest account but cannot update unless I update email and password and can't do that because the app says it can't connect. 2 stars until fixed. *edit* Contacted customer service through the app and they were very prompt in responding. Very helpful and was able to get this resolved in 2 days. Leaving original review for anyone who may run into the same problem. 5 stars. Daughter loves it. Edited

My ASD daughter absolutely loves this app! There is so much to explore and she absolutely loves the "open sandbox" platform and delights when she discovers something new within one of the worlds. There are a variety of different worlds and characters to choose from, so none of the content ever seems stale to her. I love it because it creates an opportunity for me to encourage spontaneous dialogue with her and engaging her to interact and speak with me and let me into her world. I had an issue accessing some of the games after a few days - my free trial had expired and there was some delay in my subscription updating. I contacted the support personnel and received a response same day with an apology and resolution to my issue! While the cost of the app is higher than any I have paid for before, the option I chose was annual and TOTALLY worth it for the amount of content you are getting and the interaction opportunities it is creating for me with my daughter. World class product and service, I would more stars if I could!

This app is perfect for young kids and kids with special needs. It has so many different interactive options and worlds to choose from. It's very easy to navigate and what I love the most is it is connected to your email so you can add it to as many devices as you need to without having to pay for extra subscriptions. Also love that the content changes often. It does require a lot of space but you can pick what you want to add or remove. We also have Sago Mini School app and ❤ it!
