does not even deserve 1 start. the problems I have had with this app for over a year is ridiculous. the app runs fine (most days) but anytime you have a issue when you need to contact customer service its beyond difficult. changing card info, canceling app updating stuff is all so difficult. also if you plan to cancel your app fair warning will still charge you.

We're sorry for your trouble, but this is not a fair assessment of what happened. We certainly do not charge after cancellation. You cancelled after your invoice went out, not before.

I am a nanny to a family with children and this app is wonderful for communication with the parents! I used to work at a daycare as well and I reccomended it to a coworker who still works there! Love the different communication tools I have and the customization options are just so great! Have only had a minor issue with a bug, but a force stop of the app was able to fix it.

This app is wonderful! It's so nice having one place to keep up with all the little things you want to remember when you have a baby and life gets busy! I can stay on top of everything and even keep track of milestones. I also love that it can be synchronized so that if my husband or a caregiver is taking care of my son they can make entries as well. And the support Dept is very prompt and extremely helpful if you need anything! I'll be recommending this app to all of my new mom friends for sure Edited

Really enjoy being able to keep a connection with my baby while at work. I have noticed that there is occasionally lag time where it doesn't update in real time (ex. Husband picked up baby at X time, but I don't see it in the system until a couple hours later). Otherwise great!

The app frequently stops working and closes, doesn't save photos and videos taken, and limits those posts to 8 photos. Information will be entered and then disappear. Notifications for new messages aren't sorted by classroom and it's hard to see messages from parents when they come. I've used better and more reliable apps as an educator
