The app can't function correctly, ever. I'm constantly force stopping the app, signing out and back in and restarting my phone. uninstalling the app is so frustrating, trying to sign in again is such a hassle. I try to sell tickets online and I just get the loading spinner. nothing loads. please fix this awful bug, I'm tired of dealing with it ever since the last update.

HORRIBLE 1. They had issues verifying 3 different payment methods somehow? 2. When I FINALLY got a payment method to work, I went into my settings and made absolutely sure that my card had been added to my account and verified. Despite this, it STILL got declined during checkout, and asked for a verification of the CVC with nowhere to type it in? AGAIN, IT WAS ALREADY VERIFIED. 3. IMPOSSIBLE to get into contact with a real person to help resolve issues. you are instead talked to by a bot

AVOID this app when you can! This company doesn't give refunds when their app has a technical issue, I have to provide screenshots as proof.. because I'm supposed somehow anticipate it happening. Customer service is an absolute joke! There is no number to call, the AI support is uselss, and they take a while to get in touch via email, and the responses appear all mixed up in each email its hard to keep track. Also, a lot of events you cant pick specific seats, they advise you buy the whole row. Edited

Another app that solves a problem no one had. We always had parking structures. This app, like many others is just another way for companies to steal and sell all of the information in your phone to advertising companies so we can have hyper-targeted ads. On top of that, they raise rates based on popularity of the event. I saw my parking cost increase by five dollars over the course of a minute, and even then I was charged $15 for a "convenience fee". Nothing is convenient about this!

This app/site used to work well, I never had any issues and would happily use it. my last 2 experiences have been horrible and they've cost me hundreds due to not being able to list tickets to an event I wasn't able to attend and then access my tickets to another because the email was incorrect. Instead of working with me, they change their story and ultimately just give the middle finger instead of making it right. I would avoid this company at all costs if you can.
