it was a great app but like I'm struggling with my withdrawal I'm trying to withdraw with the cryptocurrency and because the address and the network are different I think I don't know. it takes like 20 days or more until they release it for me. like I don't know why I cannot disconnect and I already contacted customer service but no one is really answering so please! help me

After the 09 May 2025 update - moments and pictures have completely disappeared. Neither can I see my pictures and moments nor can I see others. The user search icon under the explore section has disappeared. Can't search for specific users anymore. 90% of the live streamers don't show up anymore. Old version shows 400+ people being live from a specific country but the new one shows only 40 for the same country. Many technical issues. Fix this asap. The app has become useless.

Dear Tango Support Team, I've been facing a technical issue for the past 5 days where I'm unable to see my friends' live status in real-time. Although I can see their online status, it's not accurate and often shows outdated timestamps even when they're actively live streaming. Despite reaching out to the support team, I haven't been able to resolve this issue. one more thing in explore option your search bar doesn't work. solve these problem.

Whenever I try to go live, it starts connecting and keeps connecting for minutes, then the red dot live icon appears at the right top corner but it still keeps connecting. After a while it stops connecting and takes me back to the 'Go Live' option, although the red dot is till showing and then when I exit from the live stream option, the number of minutes I've been on live pops up, indicating that I was live, while I was not.. I'd be very grateful if this issue can be looked into and resolved.

why suddenly all broadcaster live not showing. it's showing Broadcast end not only one but all those which I just getting notification of now . I think the app has some issue I have lots of followed person who even live but there no one showing they are are live even I contacted customer service they even didn't reply and respond very poor service very bad
