This app is just torture for sitters First off if I want to even have a chance at being picked I need to have premium because no parents in my area do. When I finally did get the premium there was no telling if the parents were legit or not, or even reading my messages. Sometimes they would check out my profile but ghost me for the rest of the interaction. and there is no way to leave a review on parents for this, so they can get away with it! Contacted well over 20 families by now, nothing

My experience has been very disappointing. I subscribed for just one month to test the app and planned to continue if it proved worthwhile. However, to my disappointment, I can’t even click on a family profile without a pop-up prompting me to upgrade to another 1- or 3-month premium subscription. What’s the point of paying $21.09 (including taxes) for one month when there’s no value or access provided for the initial payment? Kindly improve your app or business.

A friendly warning: this app/service (and all other similar ones) is absolutely useless, unless you are willing to pay the premium subscription that allows you to message the babysitters, and of course this is not made clear from the start by them. The service model is terrible as the free version gives you ZERO benefits. Not even, for example,very limited messages to babysitters. Really, you get NOTHING from it. And it demands you to have a profile upfront (so you must input a lot of data). Edited

not sure what is the purpose of the app if you don't subscribe it as it hides out all applicants and unable to approve. the only way to use the free version of the app is the applicant messages you first. then you will liaise with the applicant externally after getting the applicant's contact number, which I find it about the same function if you join the babysitter group in Facebook to find one, and it is completely free. The app is easy to use. It has a list of babysitters it shows around your area to choose from. I felt many babysitters weren't active on the app to reply. The app doesn't work when I reopen it. I have to close the app completely and then it works which is disappointing.
