Ive had this app since 2012. This app was superb when it was slacker radio. After being bought out (more than once) it's gone down hill. They sensor lyrics (even when explicit lyrics are on), they've changed the favorite radio to play other songs by that artist (which is half way ok ) and now the same song will play 3+ times in one trip, even when removed from favorites. Won't be re-newing my subscription after it expires (paid annually). I'll stick with YouTube or switch back to Spotify Edited

Not sure what happened. This latest update, it has become MUCH harder to pin a new Jam to a saved spot with all your saved music. Definitely made it less user-friendly. I liked the way it was before. With the 3 ... to save that song 🎵 🎶 to your loved music. Please fix, and put it back. As a paid member for many year's. You made it more frustrating.

The new update moved song history and ban artist buttons to the middle of the screen and takes more clicks. I've contacted them about mislabeled songs and artists. The same songs are still mislabeled over a year later. It seems like it plays the same 30 songs even though I've had it for years and favorite hundreds of songs. This app used to be great for discovering new stuff, listening to favorites, and user friendly. Now it is a pain to navigate and seems like a broken record. Edited

I was forced to initially use this app for my music, but since then I don't see the value of even paying for this because I can use other music services that are far cheaper and better quality like Amazon music. I pay nearly $100+ a year for the basic subscription, then if you want unlimited skips which is already offered for free by Amazon then you need to pay for it. the Amazon membership is the price of the LiveOne upgrade. I won't be paying for LiveOne next year obviously. Edited

Hi Ed! LiveOne's subscription plans are highly competitive with subscription plans from other services. Our Plus subscription, which includes unlimited skips, starts as low as $3.99 a month! Please send an email to
[email protected] if you have any other questions about our plans and pricing.

I've been paying for commercial-free since Slacker and have always been able to turn off news and sports updates. Then all of a sudden I have news updates I can't turn off. When I asked about it I was told they want to make the app more like traditional radio. If I wanted traditional radio I wouldn't be paying for this service. I hope LiveOne reconsiders this change. Hi Bill. LiveOne always works to provide a "better-than-radio" radio experience, which includes DJs and other news content. You can always manage your radio content preferences in your account settings. Please send an email to
