I like the game a lot. However, I spent two weeks saving up 9000 gems to purchase three legendary heroes. The day after I got the last one. I logged back into the game and the three heroes I obtained were replaced with heroes I already had, but were made legendary. even the lower levels of those heroes disappeared. The game has also stopped displaying skill choices when you get enough I'll call them "floor gems". Even when you watch an ad to reshuffle still doesn't display choices. HELP! Edited

That game was fantastic til about a week ago when an update removed characters and broke the game. You earn an upgrade, but the screen is blank, nothing to select, but you can reshuffle to get it to work, only to have the same thing happen the next time, but now you have to either watch a video or pay gems. Truly disappointing this happened to an otherwise stellar game

update: the pick a skill screen will often not show skills now & makes it so you have to shut down & lose the progress. origninal post: An absolutely amazing game and WOULD deserve 5 stars...but the developers have done a bait & switch! pay for gems but have the new character randomly replaced with a different character i would have never paid for! completely unacceptable! Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no communication. Restore my previous purchase! Edited

The game can be really fun with multiple game modes, infinite levels, and hours of play. The problem I have is that I bought the $15 survivor pass to skip ads and it only lasted a couple hours. I used it for 2 hours, put the game down for about 8 hours, came back to it and it was gone. Nowhere does it say that it's a limited or that it only lasts for a season. I assume they purposely do that. I feel RIPPED OFF! $15 for 2 hours of no ad game play is terrible! I've never seen a game do this

edit:seems like people are having this problems for a good long time now. how long do you want me to wait????? original post: good game, but.. i think when you buy an ad remover it should remove all ads. i wont be playing it anymore because when you interupt gameplay with an ad it breaks your immersion. bad design. you as the developer can easily take that out. no excuses. Edited
