I've used it 4 times to test it, and so far, great. Lots of languages, voice styles, male/female. You can save the text for reuse, and each text has a title for quick reference. I've got temporary laryngitis,( I hope) , and I'll use this for relief. I can send it through a small Bluetooth speaker, for extra loudness. Plus, the saved items go right to the music app, so I can pick one, and not have to start the app. If it continues to work well, I will pay for the app. Thanks! Edited

I was trying the free version. It is supposed to be unlimited without interruption. I pasted a large piece of text into the box and let it play. It played some, but after a while it just stopped. There was no way to have it continue. I could only restart it. So, I deleted the top portion of the text hit play again and it continued for a while, and then it stopped again. Apparently it cannot, or will not, handle large blocks of text.

I played with a few files and had a lot of fun so I went premium lifetime. Then it wasn't fun anymore. I contacted tech support and after several communications they showed me how things worked. I sent them files I was having trouble with. I was the one making the mistake.. App does what it says. Works great. Tech support was awesome. Edited

The only drawbacks I have encountered is that the area used to modify the speech is often covered up and becomes inaccessible when the keyboard is open to revise the text, and some of the voices do not respond well to modification (pitch, speed, volume). The app could be improved, but for a phone app, I will give it highest marks and look forward to further development.

Disappointed that when I export to save as an audio file that it doesn't save the Pitch & Speed settings I set it to. I also didn't like how the voice still sounds female even with the Pitch set to the lowest setting. You should give people a choice of being able to use either a male or female voice and to be able save Pitch & Speed settings when you Export. I'd give a higher star rating if you did.
