Revised my review... It is a good application! Tested other note apps with my note 8 and I think this is the best. Although I like Inkredibles overall layout and options to change the background on the fly、 this app just writes better. It's very good. Even erasing is easier. Not a huge fan of subscriptions(for premium) but I will say it is reasonably priced.

A nearly-great app that I use daily for teaching. I hesitate to recommend it though, as the devs will not add common features one should expect in 2018, such as page rotation and sync. Consider getting Xodo for now (which has all those features) and check back here after a few more years. UPDATE: 2019 is winding down and no widely-requested updates have been implemented. I'm migrating to Good Notes on iOS. Edited

Hi Christopher, Thanks for your feedback. We are continuously working on Squid and have been working on sync for quite some time. Unfortunately, Google released some updates that threw a wrench in our plans earlier this year. We are working with them to incorporate the best approach to sync with Squid. We hope you check back in the future!

I've been using Squid for years and have been pleased overall with it! It's been great for both academic and professional uses. One feature I hope to see is the ability to organize individual notes. I consistently work on very long PDF files that themselves have chapters and I wish I could break up the note into 'chapters' for easier navigation. I love it though!

My friends, because of you I did not buy an iPad knowing there are great note-taking apps like Goodnotes. Your app is still lacking many funtions like rotating objects/ text/ images, for example. But, despite of everything, you are on the right track! Hopefully you keep adding features to this tremendous app which is very helpful to me as a psychology student! THANKS AGAIN!!! Edited

I am not a good note taker - until now. I use this on my chromebook, and I love the combination. HOWEVER - when my writing hand touches the screen before the stylus does, the screen instantly scrolls to the far end of the page, and I have to pinch and swipe 5 or 6 times to get back to where I was writing. A sheet of paper has never done that to me. This is a HUGE nuissance. It has also crashed on me 2 or 3 times, erasing up to 15 minutes worth of notes. THAT SAID - it has replaced my notebooks.
