I'm feeling quite frustrated with this game. My daughter loves it, and I purchased it when it was offered at a 20% discount to unlock nine levels. However, a few months later, all the levels are locked again. Although it still shows the 20% discount, when I click on it, I am asked to pay the full price. This is ridiculous!

I bought the game. I can only play the unlocked levels when in wifi; whenever I'm out of wifi, the game relocks. I tried to Contact Support button and it doesn't even work. I've contacted customer service multiple times and this has never been fixed. Edited
