Terrible app, worse customer service, inconsistent rewards (if any). Do yourself a favor and don't even start. In the beginning, I registered with my google voice number, which they then stopped "supporting" for some reason. But it gets better, they cannot remove that phone number from the existing account (which I cannot access). This means I had to sign up through a business phone just to (try and) get rewards. Now, the app fails payment many times and about 30% of the time works:/ Awful!!!

I like to pay for gas with the app but that is the only function that works correctly. It doesn't connect to my mapper for directions to a station. When I click on a push notification, it takes me to the app store instead of the app and provides no details about the notification. I get emails about earning extra points but following the instructions doesn't give me any.

Very unhappy. I had 1,000 points, and when the update happened, it put me at zero, as a new user. I worked hard to get those points! @chevron *still very unhappy, Michele. I called that number, they said it was probably a glitch, and I'm not getting the points back. They said what the app showed was not relaying my points correctly. I am out of luck. Still one star. Great for saving a little extra on gas and sometimes good bogo offers. Sometimes the app glitches and will not let me choose a pump number on the number wheel(Samsung Galaxy S24+). Its kind of a PITA when it does it, and restarting the app only fixes it sometimes. Other then that, it does what i need it to do, which is save money. Every little bit counts over time. Edit 02/20/2025 Discovered that the pump selection is a wheel you have to turn with your finger. Doesnt work well with swipe. Edited

Update... After weeks of back and forth to resolve the issue, the app only worked for 2 months. I built my points back up only to have my account flagged for fraud again. I'm not sure how filling up 1-2 times per week is fraudulent. I also do not have my bank account linked to the app. Don't waste your time. Very frustrating! After hitting multiple Chevrons on a road trip to build points, they locked my account. I've called twice to resolve the issue to no avail. Horrible customer service! Edited
