The menu (at least for the Bellevue Hokkaido Ramen Santouka) is unintelligible and impossible to navigate. I've had no problems ordering on the app until this latest iteration. There's no customization available for the large ramens, and everything is abbreviated so impossible to figure out what I'm looking at.

Very difficult to navigate, completely resets if you switch out for even a second, no proper menu to view the ordering doesn't explain what any of the items are and the registration wants WAY too much information to sign up

App is confusing. I can browse menu and locations but how do I earn points? It would be nice if we can add cc to the app and pay with app in store so it can capture the visit. That's assuming we can earn points by dining in.... Still very confused. Help?

App socks! (Yes, autocorrected :) Downloaded it. Waited till 100% downloaded. Can't "open" app! Tried to download again. "Already installed". Why bother having this special out if it's so buggy?
