I like it but right in the middle of using it? I could no longer save snag items and kept getting a ALERT: FAIL message. UPDATE 11/17/25: I contacted the support team via the email on their website. They asked for a video of the issue so I sent that. The team immediately started to look at the issue and had it resolved within a few hours amd emailed me back with video of how to correct the issue. In testing the app after, it works great! And I suggested making it Cloud based. Edited

Being a contractor, I have to send regular progress updates to clients. This app has been a blessing for my small construction business. I use Site Report Expert to create daily progress reports with site photos and notes on what work was done. It only takes me 10 minutes at the end of the day to make a professional PDF report. My clients love getting a neat report every day instead of messy WhatsApp messages. I also maintain an audit checklist in the app to ensure all quality points are covered

At our highway road construction project, internet signal is very poor but this app works offline perfectly. I enter all my site work details and snag lists in the field without worry. Later when I have signal I can email the PDF report to the office. Site Report Expert is simple and gets the job done. As a civil engineer on a remote site, I rely on it daily to log issues and track progress. It's much better than carrying files or trying to fill Excel on a small laptop. The best part is no fancy
