I like it but right in the middle of using it? I could no longer save snag items and kept getting a ALERT: FAIL message. UPDATE 11/17/25: I contacted the support team via the email on their website. They asked for a video of the issue so I sent that. The team immediately started to look at the issue and had it resolved within a few hours amd emailed me back with video of how to correct the issue. In testing the app after, it works great! And I suggested making it Cloud based. Edited

I downloaded for use on heavy highway. The app appears to have good intentions, but poor execution. The how to video link took me to you tube, but there was no video. There only seem to be building tags for issues, and no where to customize the tags. There was an attempt to be able to tie snags to locations, but no location option on the snags, and snags cannot be tied to the locations from the location tab. It also would not save a location. It looks nice, but doesn't work.

Our construction company handles multiple sites across different cities, and keeping track of everything was a headache before. Since using Site Report Expert, my project tracking is so much smoother. I can maintain a separate site inspection report for each location and keep daily progress logs. At the end of the week I download all reports in Excel to review with my team. The app is straightforward to use even for junior engineers, and it keeps everyone on the same page.

I work as a land surveyor and often need to compile survey reports with site photos and measurement notes. Earlier I used to jot things in a diary and then type them on PC later, which took so much time. Site Report Expert changed that. Now on the site itself I record survey data, mark coordinates, and take pictures of landmarks or issues. I can generate a quick site inspection report PDF and share it by email from my phone. This app made my survey reporting faster and more organized.

I am an independent site inspector and I do a lot of snag list and punch list reports for small contractors. Site Report Expert is exactly what I needed. I walk around the site, take photos of issues, and add notes on the go. By the time I finish the inspection, I already have a complete punch list report ready. The PDF report it generates looks very professional with all photos and descriptions neatly organized
