Honestly one of the worst apps I've ever interacted with. Across every platform, phone, desktop, smart TV, the ui is terrible and slow. Match results have been spoiled numerous times (even with the proper settings on) because of how terrible the app displays matches and replays when it bothers displaying them at all. Small, well-understood user interactions, that on any other streaming platform would be no issue, are clunky, visually confusing, and sometimes, non-functional.

I have been unable to log into the app since it was overhauled in December 2021. I have followed all of the guidance multiple times about resetting passwords and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. It just says my credentials are incorrect. This error is false, because I can log in and watch matches through the website in a browser. Thus, the app is completely unusable on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Incredibly, this exact problem also exists on my iPad, so it is not just limited to Android.

Most terrible, unresponsive, and dismissive customer service of any provider I've ever had. I have to login to every device EVERY time I use Tennis TV, whether it is my phone, my roku streaming device, or my laptop. Super aggravating. They only have email cutomer service, and the don't respond. I will happily let Tennis TV go and pick up The Tennis Channel app because of this.

They redid the app and it's just as bad as the previous one. Chromecast doesn't work on Android phones nor iPad; the app for FireTV constantly signs out; there's no app for Android TV; the app freezes and refresh rate is poor so it's hard to follow the ball. If TC Plus was better, I'd ditch Tennis TV, but it's just as bad, so we have no good options to watch tennis. For the price they charge, they should offer a better user experience.

What an awful app. Absolutely disgraceful for how much the subscription costs. App constantly crashes. Won't keep my place when I close the app in the middle of a pre-recorded match. No global video quality setting that I can find, you have to set HD or SD every time you start a stream. Sometimes when you try to watch a live match the screen is just black and nothing plays. Fix this buggy mess please. Hire some developers who aren't braindead. Edited
