spend almost 100 usd but there are still much glitches and bug need to be fixed before can go live, support response are slow, not recommend for now maybe another 2 years if you change the ticket image background it will also change those that you have send out the phone scanner sometimes could not detect properly, you will need to scan another time but it is hard to verify when you have 1000 guest Edited

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Changing the design of a new batch of tickets will not change the design of the existing batches. Also, the readability should not be affected if a proper contrast is maintained. In October we pushed a new version, it might have taken 2-3 seconds to scan the ticket, we have optimized this now. My apologies.

Not user friendly... I paid for this but it does not allow me to add another event. It is just stuck at the start. Absolutely stupid app. DON'T BUY THIS.
