This is by far the best concert for children to learn a new language by using an app! My son had so much fun and learned so many new words in only four days! Awesome. I would give 5 stars or even 10 if that were possible for the concept of the app. -But then there are no new words or games. Like it's written in the description it only contains 90 words. That is a beginning. But now we are both very sad that we can not keep playing and learning with this game. Hopefully there will be more soon!

Gus Danish works well for beginning students of Danish and focuses on nouns. By using a combination of images, spoken words, and written words in context of games, Gus Danish is very intuitive and skips translation more than other language apps. Although basic reading skills can be developed, reading is not necessary as my 4 year old uses the app. I use the app to increase recognition of basic vocabulary. The format it great for introducing Danish. As a platform for learning, this is on the right track and fills a space left by other apps. I would love to see the app expanded with more vocabulary and basic grammar.
