Great developer and great customer service experience! I usually read the print edition at home so I didn't install Pocketmags for probably 7 months into my 2 year subscription. When I did I didn't have any of the previous issues from the latest print+digital subscription. It started after I setup Pocketmags which I was very disappointed about. I called support and they had to involve another IT team but within about 48hrs they call me and everything is fixed. I highly recommend Pocketmags!

This is a wonderful application for reading magazines in one app. One reason that I really love this app is because you can access all or most of your magazines in one place. You can have seperate subacroptions with your favorite magazines or if you are unsure what you like and or do not want to read the same magazine subscription every month thier is a membership plan so you can access any magazine(s) you would like to read that month. It is very affordable also!

Bunch of crooks. I signed up for the introductory offer and forgot to cancel before it renewed. My mistake. I emailed them to cancel it and requested a refund because I wasn't using it. They happily "complied." And I was refunded, but also double charged, so it canceled it out. Then a month later I'm charged again. I emailed them quite upset. They again assured me they canceled it, but more than a week later and I still haven't seen the refund in my account (it was supposed to take 48 hours).

Forced to use it to view magazine, very basic. works but there are millions of better readers out there. for instance, you can bookmark but you can't label it or manage bookmarks in any way so there's little way of actually finding what you want. While you can search in a magazine, you don't seem to be able to search multiple magazines at once so you can't look for all articles on a subject. don't bother if you have a choice.

Actually got back into reading magazines due to this application. It's not perfect but then again it's not a physical magazine, a close second.
