This app has seriously gone downhill over the last year. used to be mostly accurate information. now when I search myself it's completely inaccurate and very misleading. The all used to be a bear to muddle through, now it's complete trash since the last upgrade. Viewing criminal records it pops out a menu when you scroll on it covering the information. You need to scroll past it then back up to get this menu to go away. It's been a nice ride but on to the bigger better deal. This ain't it.

The platform previously offered valuable functionality, but the removal of the address lookup feature has significantly diminished its utility. The prior pricing structure, which allowed for individual lookups or specific data points like phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses, was more flexible. The current subscription model, with a minimum cost of almost $30 per month for basic information, is not considered cost-effective. Faithful customer for years, but I'm out. 🫡✌️

Well orchestrated good prompts,everything concise,keeps it suspenseful.Then once you go through all the questions which can take up a lot of time,they ask you to do a trial run,for one month,for just under 30$! Information that was supposedly free at first,now costs,& available to the public at any county or city,office as public record,string you along for a good ride though. Very disappointed,my time is valuable,I don't like someone jacking my leg with good intentions but no hard results.lol

Useless, using to look up phone numbers of suspicious calls, nothing, absolutely nothing except a message that says "This doesn’t happen often, but no results were found for your search." Or, "Oops, an unexpected error occured. Please click here to refresh the page." Which does nothing & you have to close the app. A complete time waster & useless app.

Pretty much as I expected. A small "taste" of info but anything of USA requires you to create an "account" and then ("wait for it!") Send them some rather spendy (for basic "data") MONEY! I'll pass. I'm pretty sure I didn't shoot JFK or have a few parking tickets. Also, the list of "Associates" is dominated by people who I've never heard of which seems rather odd. If they can't get THAT right I find that a problem.
